This scheme shall support Micro and Small enterprises to conduct a Marketing Strategy. Aid shall be granted for the engagement of a third-party to provide the undertaking with a Marketing Strategy aimed at rendering it more efficient or more competitive. A Marketing Strategy outlines how an enterprise promotes its products or services to achieve business goals, aligning marketing efforts with overall objectives.

Projects must be concluded within 6 months from signing of the grant agreement, which is signed following project approval. All investments must be completed no later than 30th June 2029.
Eligible Costs
A Marketing Strategy must be procured from external Service Providers that are registered with the IB and operate independently from the Beneficiary Undertaking. A quotation for such services should be submitted at application stage.
The strategy should define how a business will promote its products or services to reach its target audience and meet its objectives. It should offer a comprehensive plan to attract, engage, and retain customers while supporting overall business goals.

Application Process
The scheme will operate on a demand-driven basis, with the IB issuing periodic open/ rolling calls for applications. Eligible applications meeting the Gateway Criteria will be awarded grants on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to budget availability.
