This grant scheme aims to assist Micro Enterprises through non-repayable Grants to part-finance digital investments targeting to improve their resilience, efficiency, productivity and customer experience. Digitalisation is vital for an enterprise’s survival and growth, enabling new opportunities, smarter operations, innovative business models, and stronger customer and network engagement.

Scheme Summary
The Digitalise Your Micro Business scheme allows Micro Enterprises to invest in digital technologies and processes. Hardware, software, and digital solutions are eligible if they directly support digitalisation goals and introduce new functions or improvements over the enterprise’s current digital state.
Digitalisation investments must be completed within 3 months of the Grant Agreement. Justified extension requests may be considered, but all investments must conclude by 30th June 2026.
Eligible Costs
Eligible investments include hardware, software and other digital solutions to improve enterprise efficiency, productivity and customer experience and which include:
Hardware or Software
i. Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS)
ii. Hardware (such as Laptops, Docking Station, Port Replicator, Monitors, Tablets)
iii. Cloud computing
iv. Installation including any training costs on the use of the specific item acquired under points above and included in the purchase price of the item in question, and thus from the same provider.
v. For subscription-based software, the cost of a 2-year subscription will be considered as the eligible cost item.
Application Process
The scheme will operate on a demand-driven basis, with the IB issuing periodic open/ rolling calls for applications. Eligible applications meeting the Gateway Criteria will be evaluated and awarded grants on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to budget availability.
